Will is the Founder of Upside Technologies, an AI driven Hyper-Personalised Investment company with the aim of transforming guided investing, he is also the CIO of Higher Park Limited a Regulated Investment Firm in the UK.

Prior to Founding Higher Park, Will was the CEO and CIO of Ivaldi Capital LLP a $3.8bn Hedge Fund with offices in London and Singapore, he sat on the board of the State Pension of Denmark’s Pension Fund, ATP (AlphaOne), as well as the Board of ANNA Money a UK Challenger Bank. Will began his career on the graduate training program at Morgan Stanley in New York, before joining Citigroup in 2005, having got a BA Honours in Finance from the University of Manchester. Will has worked with and advised some of the worlds leading Pension funds and State backed Firms on their alternative asset management strategies and continues to work in the arena of investing, finance and technology.

Will is currently an advisor to MSK NY (a NY based Alternative Advisory Firm) a European Digital Asset Firm as well as Hughie’s (a Business supporting Bone Cancer).

Michael Blum is a founder and president of Hedgeye Risk Management. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of the firm's daily operations, including product development, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, compliance and human resources. He is also a Director of Hedgeye Cares, Hedgeye’s employee-driven charity arm. Michael is a managing director of Macao-based Asia Leisure Capital, a hospitality and gaming management and investment company.

In 2014, Michael Co-Founded Firefly Space Systems, a designer and developer of space launch vehicles. He served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer until 2017. 

Prior to working on Wall Street, Michael spent seven years in Silicon Valley, where he began his career at frogdesign, exploring opportunities for the firm in the venture capital arena. Later, he joined PayPal, the world's leading electronic payment system, where he initially served as country manager, Germany; and eventually oversaw the firm's business in Asia and the Pacific. PayPal sold to eBay for $1.5B in 2002.

Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies (honors) from Yale University.

Philippos is the co-founder of Maven Global. Maven Global is a leader in designing and executing Hedging Strategies for Corporations, Private Equity/Debt Funds as well as governments and central banks. Maven provides advisory services in currencies, Interest Rates and Commodities. Maven also specializes on Hedge Accounting for Public and Private companies.

He is also the co-founder of Panthir Capital, an asset management firm nominated twice for Emerging Manager of the Year by S&P’s Capital IQ.

Previously, he was a Managing Director and Global coHead of FX Structuring at Barclays Capital until 2008. He started his career with Merrill Lynch in New York focusing on M&A /Financings, subsequently responsible for the European Structured business.

Philippos holds a BA in Engineering from Oxford University and MA Economics / MBA Finance degrees from Yale University. He sits on the boards of Brookstreet Equity Partners and YPO London and is the Deputy Director of the Centre for Innovation and Disruption at Cass Business School.
